The Global Meetings and Events Exhibition (EIBTM) is described as a five star opportunity for the global meeting and events industry. Carib World Travel (CWT) was the lone OECS exhibitor at this dynamic three day business focused exhibition which was enhanced by thought provoking professional education programme and networking events.
Over 15,219 meeting industry professional from across the globe including 9,330 meeting and event planners and buyers were present. It afforded Carib World Travel the opportunity to carry out business face-to-face with approximately fifty buyers and professionals from the international meetings, events and business travel industry.
It presented CWT and the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) with a perfect business forum to present its products and services as well as the Antigua and Barbuda brand to senior decision makers, buyers and influencers.
Keen interest was shown by the Russian, Italian, United Kingdom, Spanish, Brazilian and German markets. The company is positive about the return on investment from this event which would benefit not only the company but the whole economy of Antigua and Barbuda.
